Who is a sales executive apprenticeship for?

  • Are you looking to elevate your sales skills and become a trusted advisor?
  • Do you want to lead with insight and challenge client mindsets across all areas of the sales cycle?

 

This programme is created to progress learners to a trusted advisor and transformational seller role. You'll gain the expertise to challenge clients' mindsets and lead with insight across the entire sales cycle.

 

A sales executive understands their organisation’s products or services in detail, and is an expert at analysing customer needs and creating solutions by selecting appropriate products or services, linking their features and benefits to the
customer’s requirements.

 

Upon completion of the course, a sales executive will develop strong capabilities in utilising AI technologies, strengthen customer relationships by establishing rapport. They will do this through demonstration of detailed product knowledge, competitor knowledge and an understanding of the market in which they operate, and by ensuring a positive customer experience.

 

DURATION: TYPICALLY 20 MONTHS
