Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu Bestandskunden zur Sicherstellung von Verlängerungen.
  • Identifizierung und Verfolgung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten mit warmen Leads.
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung überzeugender Verkaufspräsentationen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Servicebereitstellung.
  • Erreichung und Übertreffung von Verkaufszielen und Leistungsmetriken.
  • Auf dem Laufenden bleiben über Branchentrends und Wettbewerberaktivitäten.
  • Effiziente Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Problemlösung.
  • Pflege genauer Kundendokumentation mittels CRM-Software.

Qualifikationen

  • Sie sind zweisprachig fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Sie können sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team arbeiten.
  • Sie besitzen starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Zeitmanagement.
  • Sie sind ergebnisorientiert und haben eine nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz beim Erreichen von Verkaufszielen.
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in einer kundenorientierten Rolle ist von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Managed IT Services sind von Vorteil.
  • Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Geschäfts- und Bildungskunden.
