We are seeking ambitious Junior Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will embark on a structured career journey designed for growth and success within the sales domain:

  • Begin by focusing on candidate research and recruitment, building foundational skills.
  • Progress to specializing in a specific line of business after six months, mastering communication with clients and specialists.
  • Transition into client-facing sales within 12-18 months, managing a portfolio and initiating client engagement.
  • Develop into a fully-fledged sales consultant, managing client portfolios and potentially key accounts, generating significant P&L.
  • Contribute to a high-energy, collaborative environment where your potential for growth is limitless.

Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

  • You possess a strong commitment and drive, with a "whatever it takes" attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • You are a highly motivated individual with a fundamental desire to succeed and the resilience to overcome challenges.
  • You are an excellent communicator with natural confidence in person-to-person interactions and in leading meetings.
  • You are charismatic, likeable, and capable of building meaningful, trust-based relationships.
  • You thrive in a team environment, valuing collaboration, knowledge sharing, and putting the team first.
  • You are intelligent, with a strong desire and aptitude for continuous learning in complex markets and technologies.
  • You hold a 1st class to 2:1 degree from a Russell Group or equivalent university, with a Master's or Executive MBA.
  • You have at least 6 months of sales experience.
  • You possess a UK Driving Licence, as this is a field sales role.
