Junior Account Executive

We are actively seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand & Communications Coordinator (Junior) to support our UK & Ireland business. This role is crucial for crafting compelling client-facing content and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. You will be instrumental in telling our story and winning new business by supporting the creation of high-quality tenders, presentations, and marketing collateral.

  • Design and format bespoke presentations showcasing our products and workplace solutions.
  • Enhance and maintain templates and pitch documents, ensuring brand guideline adherence.
  • Assist in responding to tenders, focusing on layout, content formatting, and graphic visuals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to update product Lookbooks, Pricing Guides, and presentation templates.
  • Assist with visual assets for marketing campaigns, internal events, and A&D presentations.
  • Support the Irish team with updated materials and branded visuals for regional consistency.
  • Compile professional O&M Manuals following project installations.
  • Assist in managing content libraries and templates to improve team efficiency.

Expectations / Requirements

  • You possess strong visual design and layout skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • You have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

  • You have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
