Role & Responsibilities
As a Process Excellence Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing existing processes within the SME New & Existing Customers Coverage division. You will ensure operational effectiveness, improve customer and colleague experiences by utilizing internal platforms, and maintain accountability for core responsibilities, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption. Building strong stakeholder relationships will be key to ensuring customers remain central to decision-making, supporting their journeys and delivering enhanced experiences.
Main tasks include
- Collaborate within defined strategic pillars, including Sales Process Excellence and Lead Data Execution, to support the wider SME Payments business strategy.
- Manage colleague scheduling, workforce management, and capacity planning, contributing to agreed initiatives.
- Produce and share key insights to support decision-making across the SME business.
- Oversee lead data management, providing support for engagement strategies for new and existing customers.
- Work with broader operational teams to ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities to optimize process efficiency.
- Challenge current working methods and explore opportunities for semi-automation or full automation to enhance customer and client experiences.
- Engage with and provide feedback to appropriate stakeholders throughout the operational journey.
- Support changing business priorities, manage initiatives, and monitor campaign effectiveness to achieve goals and targets.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have the ability to work with data in a controlled and timely manner, drawing insights and sharing them with relevant stakeholders.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple stakeholder requests with precision.
- Must demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
- Must be able to deliver process execution at pace and with accuracy.
- Experience in change and transformation initiatives is desirable.
- Knowledge of workforce platforms such as Salesforce, Alvaria, or AWS is preferred.
- Good understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance principles.
