We are looking for experienced sales professionals to join our expanding Partnerships team. Our mission is to transform how schools manage temporary staffing, moving away from traditional recruitment agencies to save the education sector millions. To date, we have saved schools over £30 million, and following a successful $37 million Series B funding round, we are scaling rapidly across the UK and USA.
As a Trust Partnerships Manager, you will build long-term relationships with Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) leaders to drive meaningful impact for students and staff alike.
The Role
This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will own the full partnership lifecycle-from initial outreach and negotiation to activation and renewal.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Strategic Outreach: Leading personalized outreach to school and MAT leaders.
- Relationship Management: Building trust with central teams (CEOs, CFOs, HRDs) to secure Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSAs).
- Consultative Selling: Leading discovery conversations to understand recruitment challenges and designing tailored solutions that demonstrate ROI.
- Collaboration: Partnering with internal Account Managers to ensure smooth activation across individual schools.
- Growth & Retention: Conducting termly performance reviews and leading renewal conversations to ensure long-term engagement.
Who You Are
You do not need prior experience in education-we will provide the training.
