Salary: £30,000 Base + £10,000 OTE

They are currently looking for an SDR to join our growing team, help us connect with prospective clients, and drive our mission forward.
You don't need previous sales experience; we hire for attitude, potential, and a willingness to learn!
This role is designed as a career starting point with clear progression. Alongside your day-to-day outreach, you'll complete a fully supported Level 3 IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship delivered by Pareto over 12-13 months. You'll get structured learning, hands-on coaching, and the skills needed to eventually manage full sales cycles.
