Account Manager

A leading provider of end-to-end enterprise mobility and managed services is seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will focus on establishing, growing, and maintaining strategic relationships with nominated key accounts and vertical markets for the sale and supply of enterprise mobility products and solutions.

The Role

You will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities from engagements across a diverse portfolio, including wireless infrastructure, mobile devices, data capture, managed services, and industry-leading application software. You will act as a trusted partner, developing strategic partnerships with leadership teams to effectively address business issues.

Location: Garristown, County Dublin

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Engagement: Drive brand visibility and value-add across all levels of management and operations within target accounts, including C-level engagement.
  • Revenue Growth: Maximize revenue and associated margin attainment from sales into target accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide excellent levels of customer engagement through regular planning and review meetings.
  • Business Development: Generate demand through consultative and value-based solution propositions.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage customer quotations, tender documents, and maintain accurate forecast information.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of new product and service offerings through vendor training, webinars, and industry seminars.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) database.

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in B2B "technical" sales, specifically with enterprise corporate accounts.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience selling mobility solutions, managed services, or logistics automation is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Sales Background: Experience selling third-party maintenance and value-added services in areas such as networking, telecommunications, or complex office equipment.
  • Software Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce or Netsuite.
  • Requirements: A full, clean driver's license is essential, as the role requires travel to customer sites.
