Role: Go Live Executive (Sales Support & Onboarding)

Our client a leading global payments provider looking for a dedicated Go Live Executive to partner with our Corporate Sales community. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind getting our clients "live" quickly, ensuring a seamless, right-first-time onboarding experience.

What You'll Do
- Drive Client Onboarding: Take accountability for getting clients live efficiently, gathering KYC documentation, and ensuring accurate, right-first-time applications.
- Empower the Sales Team: Provide vital administrative, pricing, and operational support.
- Commercial Execution: Prepare sales pricing proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements, engaging with credit teams for limit approvals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (operations, legal, compliance) to ensure smooth sales processes and timely delivery of services.
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records, resolve enquiries, and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Risk & Compliance: Take ownership of managing risk, strengthening controls, and escalating issues appropriately.
What they are Looking For
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrable knowledge of the payments industry (specifically Acceptance/Gateway products).
- Proven experience in a customer support or operational role within payments.
- Client-facing experience with a track record of delivering service excellence.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take responsibility for end results and continuous improvement.
Desired Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)-you know how to make the complex simple for customers.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly within the Microsoft suite.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and high attention to detail.
