Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales and logistics operations, ensuring that the excellence our customers expect is delivered at every stage. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Sales Support:Managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring all data is accurately entered into the CRM system and processing customer quotations with precision.
- Communication:Serving as a key point of contact for external clients and internal colleagues, handling queries through telephone and email with professionalism.
- Logistics Management:Overseeing daily distribution, managing stock transfers, and coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure that all deliveries meet our promised timelines.
- Quality & Improvement:Conducting self-audits, identifying areas for continuous operational improvement, and supporting the seamless flow of goods from our global manufacturing partners to the end customer.
Qualifications:
We are looking for an ambitious individual who possesses the following attributes:
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- A full, clean driving license.
- Strong logical and numerical reasoning skills.
- An open, clear, and confident communication style, both written and oral.
