Refer Your Friends to Pareto

Help find a job for your friend or family member - and bag £250 for yourself.

Our referral process couldn't be easier: refer your friend or family member in seconds using this form.

  • Inform the person that you have referred them - just so our call doesn't come as too much of a surprise.
  • Should they be suitable, Pareto will work hard to place your referral into their perfect role.
  • Keep track of your referral’s progress – as soon as they complete one month in their role get in touch with our team (candidate@pareto.co.uk) who will be able to validate and process your fee – straight into your bank. Then decide how to spend your cash - maybe buy your friend a drink to congratulate them on the new job.

£250 payable for the referral of a successfully placed candidate once your referred friend has been placed by Pareto and has either completed their initial training programme with Pareto Training or been employed by a Pareto client for one month. One payment run is made every month in service of referrals. After your claim is validated, please allow up to four weeks before you receive your fee(s).

 

  1. Payment will be authorised upon validating the referral. Payment will only be made on placed candidates that have not previously applied for a position through Pareto. All claims should be made within 3 months of the referred friend's start date of employment with a Pareto Law client
  2. For a referral fee to be valid, the referred candidate(s) must complete at least 1 month in their role
  3. The scheme is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years and over and referred friends must be graduates, UK residents and aged 18 years and over
  4. You must provide a valid email address and telephone number for your referred friend
  5. Each referred friend must comply with the terms provided
  6. Candidates must not already be in contact with Pareto or on our database
  7. There is no limit to the number of referral claims that can be made
  8. Candidates must be placed and employed within 12 weeks of a referral being submitted
  9. In the event of any dispute, Pareto's decision is final
  10. If the candidate is introduced by more than one person, we will operate a first come, first served policy
  11. The scheme is not open to Pareto employees or their friends and family
