What We Did

KYOCERA came to Pareto in early 2006 with a vision to inject renewed drive and energy into their sales force. Having observed one of our unique graduate sales assessment centres, KYOCERA were impressed with our approach. The experience confirmed that this was the way forward for future recruitment drives for the business, and a partnership was born.

Six years later and the formula is still working. We have successfully placed a total of 25 graduates with KYOCERA since 2006 through our unique sales assessment process, providing those graduates with the sales training they need to launch successful and rewarding careers within KYOCERA.

The Pareto Effect

The Pareto recruitment initiative has enabled KYOCERA to adopt a ‘grow our own’ approach to their sales force, with a number of the original Pareto graduates now pursuing field-based roles within the company.

One graduate placed by Pareto, Christian Burton, has successfully risen through the ranks at KYOCERA to take the position of Business Development Team Manager.KYOCERA now have a sales force in place that fits perfectly with their philosophy of ‘success = ability x effort x attitude’, and have also increased brand recognition to expand sales in both the private and public sector.The amount of effort the Pareto graduates are prepared to put in and the approach they take to their work, combined with our sales training,has proved to be a recipe for success.
