In these uncertain times we want to assure you that the team at Pareto are doing all we can to support our network over the coming months, with the health and well-being of our staff, clients, and contacts being our utmost priority.
Whether we placed you, trained you, or we just know you - we are all enduring this situation together.
We are taking each day as it comes, but currently we are still running many of our assessment sessions – as we understand that our graduates’ need for employment is as important as ever - and we want to reassure those of you in attendance that we are following all recommended government guidelines to minimise all risk of COVID-19 transmission.
We are also currently developing a rigorous virtual programme that will allow us to continue to assess, place, and train graduates via an entirely digital process.
We have for many years already delivered successful online learning programmes, and these programmes will be developed further across all training modules to ensure no drop in quality as we continue to adapt in this uncharted territory.
Support sessions will be on offer every Friday via digital channels to provide solidarity within the sales & business community, and as an opportunity to share ideas, challenges, and successes in the face of the current situation.
Lastly, we would like to offer our support to the local communities that have, for the past 25 years, supported and championed Pareto across the UK and US.
