Since their initial assessment day, Mimecast have returned to us for their sales recruitment needs time and again. A total of 18 graduates have been placed, with future development plans set to increase this number. A solid partnership based on trust and understanding means we are able to find the right fit and be flexible to Mimecast’s needs, every time.
The new Market Development Team placed by us contributed towards a 50% growth in revenue targets for Mimecast in 2011-2012. All graduates have gone on to progress within Mimecast. One successful Pareto graduate went on to achieve the business ‘Rising Star’ and ‘Sales Person of the Year’ awards in recognition of his outstanding sales efforts.
Mimecast have also approached Pareto for their sales force training and sales executive needs. We continue to work in partnership towards Mimecast’s sales future.
