What We Did

Pareto began working with NP Group in 2017, rolling out leadership training for management teams, including recruitment directors. This programme of training and coaching has equipped NP Group’s leaders with new tools and methods to improve their performance as managers, focusing on driving sales engagement throughout the business. The refinement of these skills has led to performance improvements across the Business.

The Pareto Effect

The programme was initiated by conducting an initial consultation session with NP Group’s leaders to ensure Pareto fully understood NP Group’s expectations. The programme was then tailored to ensure all needs were met. Pareto provided 7 interactive training sessions, engaging all of the managers to ensure the theory from the training was implemented in their day-to-day roles. The training also helped NP Group’s leadership team to devise and implement change in areas like employee communication and engagement.

Following the training sessions, Pareto provided additional support, guidance and resources to ensure all actions were put into place and that NP Group gained maximum value from the programme.
