Sales Executive

Role: Business Development Manager

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 + Commission

Pareto has partnered with a leading organisation in the manufacturing sector. The role involves growing the member base by introducing manufacturers to the benefits of membership and services. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building relationships with potential and existing clients, helping them find the right support for their business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to companies in the manufacturing sector and promoting membership and key subscription products and services.
• Understanding the full range of services, from consultancy to training.
• Tailoring offers to each client creatively.
• Connecting with new and existing members via email, phone, and video, with occasional travel.
• Building long-term relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Exploring new sectors and generating fresh leads.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Managing personal sales plans and achieving KPIs and targets.
