You’ve probably also had times when this has driven you to make a grumble to a friend, or if you’ve been left really dissatisfied, to write up a public scathing review on TripAdvisor or Google. The Customer Service Apprenticeship trains learners how to effectively protect your reputation by offering exceptional customer service. Who is eligible for the Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2?
Apprenticeships span from Level 2 to Level 7. As a rough guide, level 2 equates to 5 good GCSE passes, with 6 & 7 comparable to a degree.
This apprenticeship is suitable for anyone in a service role, in any industry. Typical roles might include Customer Support Representative, Support Specialist, Member Services Representative and Support Technician. The course is tailored to suit employer business requirements, ensuring learners achieve their maximum potential and deliver the knowledge and skills their business needs. With 80% of learning on the job, this is a qualification designed to benefit all businesses, protecting brand reputation and ensuring client satisfaction.
How does the funding work?
There are two funding structures for apprenticeships: 95% co-investment for companies with a wage bill under £3m and the apprenticeship levy for those over the £3m bracket. If you DON'T pay into the levy, this means you only have to pay 5% of the value of any apprenticeship training you enroll your employees or new staff on.
