The Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship is the perfect programme for training both new and experienced sales people.
The 18-month framework for this apprenticeship was developed by a trailblazer group consisting of industry leaders in sales, ensuring the content is up to date, effective and highly relevant. It consists of practical and theory based learning, with your delegate spending the majority of their time learning "on the job" rather than in the classroom. Pareto's Level 4 is delivered through a winning combination of the very best in blended learning, comprising classroom, digital and elearning.
This sales apprenticeship teaches a wide range of modules to transform your sales people - from Commercial and Financial Acumen to Customer Needs Analysis, Digital Skills and Ethics and Integrity.
Who is eligible for the Sales Executive Apprenticeship Level 4?
Apprenticeships span from Level 2 to Level 7. As a rough guide, level 2 equates to broadly 5 good GCSE passes, with 6 & 7 comparable to a degree. The level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship is an 'Advanced Apprenticeship', equivalent to a foundation degree.
Understanding the psychology of the sales process is fundamental to the success of every sales person. Suitable for learners who are new to a career in sales or those with less than 12 months experience, this apprenticeship teaches the knowledge, skills and behaviours to essential in both B2B and B2C, from understanding client requirements to and building business relationships, through to negotiating and closing deals.
How does the funding work?
There are two funding structures for apprenticeships:
Paying into the Apprenticeship Levy? The funds in your digital account can be used to cover the costs of apprenticeships offered by government-accredited providers like Pareto. If your organisation is under the £3m wage bill threshold then you are eligible for 90% government funding on apprenticeship programmes, meaning you can enrol a learner on this Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship for the equivalent of just £33*
