UBER Eats, a world-renowned food delivery service, launched in the UK in 2016. In 2018, they reported delivery in 200 cities in 20 countries, with plans to triple its workforce in Europe. 

With huge UK growth targets and a 30% rise in new customers during the pandemic, Aaron and Joe were tasked with building a sales team to meet with the ambitious targets.
