Bridging the Skills Gap With Robust Assessment Processes and Bespoke Training and Coaching Programmes
Pareto Innovate offers a contracted Business Analyst and Project Management resource to clients through a graduate assessment, technical training, placement, soft-skills training, and coaching solution.
Here at Pareto, we receive over 35,000 graduate applications a month. However, we are determined to only work with talented individuals, who can Innovate within this space. The Pareto approach calls for a stringent assessment process to find the top 20% who will make 80% of the difference to your business efficiency. Our robust 4-part screening process includes competency-based questions, a technical test and a 5 hour assessment day to ensure that successful applicants are of the right calibre for your PMO, BA, and Business Transformation and Change needs.
We provide the skills candidates need to make a difference through ongoing training.
Once our candidates have finished their technical training and are fully qualified, they will be available to interview with you and join your team on a contracted basis for 24 months with ongoing training provided:
- Nine days of soft skills training will take place pre- and post- their placement with you
- 3 days across our Fundamentals of Commercial Engagement and Stakeholder Management (pre-placement)
- A further 3 courses, each over 2 days during their first 12 months within your business (if required)
The success of every candidate is paramount to you and us. In order to support each and every candidate, they are also invited to both monthly BA/PMO technically-led 2-hour coaching sessions with their peers and an Executive Agile practitioner, and business-led career/commercial coaching sessions with Pareto trainers.
